Old Quarter Charm Hotel - Hanoi

The room's cleanliness was terrible, with dirty shower heads and old rubber seals, not to mention the noise from the street, so distracting. I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences-clearly that was too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

we had a big room with a view of the city. the hotel was placed in the very central location super close to everything.

Thank you for a such great stay. It's perfect and fantastic hotel at a good price. The staff are amazingly nice and the room is decent size with massive super king size comfy bed. They offer a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar.

fantastic service with warm staff makes you feel at home

Staying at Posh Boutique Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed, very clean, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was good, with a range of fresh fruits and delicious hot dishes to kickstart my day. I had a nice experience and can't wait to return!

Loved how good quality the property was and its fairly friendly staff from Jane the manager. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close enough to Dong Xuan market and shopping area. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby markets and taking in the vibrant street scenes with our kids. Staff were warm. One evening, we made great memories at the Vietnamese National Tuong Theatre, a fun cultural highlight for the family.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by vibrant cafes and well-connected to public transportation. The spacious room offered a fine view of the city, made mornings enjoyable. I loved that there were plenty of vegan-friendly options nearby.

Couple looking for a unique stay

Staff were friendly and were really good too assist us! One evening, after returning from dinner, we noticed our room had been tidied up without us even asking. We got early check-in and that was a game changer for starting the trip right.

It wasn't inexpensive but still felt reasonable for what we got.

The rooftop terrace was great for soaking up some sun, and we also enjoyed the cozy lounge area in the evenings.

Fantastic location just a short stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety and was the best we've had in Vietnam!

The room could use a bit of updating and it was a bit darker than expected.
